Nortex Sim Racing 

What is Nortex Racing? A bunch of guys getting together to discuss their daily lives, struggles and joys and having SimRacing as another catalyst to get them closer. Most of us here can call each other "friend" in the real sense of the term. There is no absolute value to this word but it is worth a fortune! Starting on this premise, this will allow you to enjoy many hours of pleasure amongst other drivers that you will eventually find out have more in common with you then just Sim Racing. In a world filled with problems, wars, sickness, etc., you can find here an oasis of understanding and fun. This is what Nortex Racing stands for in a few words. There are many racing leagues out there, but this one has a special cachet. What makes Nortex Racing a premiere sim racing league is obviously not driver talent only. Racing can be found anywhere. On the other hand, good clean respectful racing and friendship can sometimes be hard to find in today's sim racing jungle. If you are looking for this type of league, then NSR is for you.

For the ones that have no iRacing account there is always some kind of promotion happening.

If you already had an account and do not get the promotion, change something in your name, password, etc.
If you already have cars and tracks DO NOT take this deal as you will lose all you bought in the past.

NSR & the fun factor!

The racing is the most white knuckled intense racing experience I think most of us had. Quite a good number of new clean drivers have joined NSR throughout the past seasons and new ones are regulary signing on. The friendship factor is still what makes this league what it is. No matter where you finish, the goal is to have fun and enjoy your racing experience first with friendly drivers that enjoy the same hobby. New clean, respectful and adult drivers are always welcome at NSR. Cowboys please abstain, as you will last longer bull riding than here!

iRacing Custom Paint Jobs

Contrary to popular belief, custom paint jobs and numbers are available with all cars in iRacing. There are two methods. One is right of your profile under customize car. The other method is using paintshop pro or whatever you use to paint.  

We use Sim File fetcher as a custom car paint manager where we can upload our cars and of course download the customs skins of our league. You can find this information in the Paint Section of our Forum.

NSR is offering racing in 6 Series in 2012

Since Nortex Sim Racing has made the big jump to iRacing, 6 official series are available. Cup on Sundays, Trucks on Mondays, Daytona Prototype Ryley & Indy Cars every Tuesday, Nationwide on Wednesdays and Modifieds on Fridays. All series have different starting dates and times. Please check on the calendar. Many drivers at NSR are signed up for all 6 series and there is still room for a few more. We welcome new adult drivers as long as they are respectful with their fellow competitors, clean on the track and patient. NSR is not a teenager league.
